At High Decibels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you as soon as our warehouse team receives and inspects the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or your new exchange items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
